Girls Who Tech Pitch Weekend 2024
L-Dub is hosting a Girls Who Tech Pitch Weekend from February 9th-11th, 2024. This is a weekend where girls in grades 5-8 from a wide range of both public and private institutions, will work in groups to create and present innovative ideas that address a social need with the guidance of mentors excelling in their fields. Projects may involve designing an app or a website that, for example, helps connect donors with food banks or promotes information about shelter housing and their operating hours. Please note that registering for this event means your student intends to participate for the full weekend, from Friday to Sunday. If your student would like to participate, please register by filling out the form below.

Mentorship: L-Dub and our inspired educators are dedicated to fostering leadership and entrepreneurship to strengthen our community. Our goal with Girls Who Tech is to create an environment where passionate, driven, and like-minded field experts can come together to mentor youth, learn, network, and help showcase students’ potential. Mentoring girls at the Girls Who Tech Pitch Weekend is a great way you can support your local community and engage girls in fields they historically have low participation in. If you are interested in mentoring or judging, please fill out this Mentor Application Form. If you have questions about mentoring this event, please contact [email protected].
