Board of Trustees

Alex Halladay has a robust experience in independent schools that she brings to the Board of Trustees. Her Masters Degree in Independent School Leadership from the University of Pennsylvania and her current role at Northwest School make her an exciting addition to the L-Dub Board of Trustees. She has served on several accreditation teams for schools and is a consultant for schools nationally on issues of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Her continued work with the National Association of Independent Schools as a facilitator for the Student Diversity Leadership Conference is a highlight as she loves opportunities to connect with students on issues of identity and inclusion.
