Board of Trustees

Suzanne Gillis P’20, P’23 joins the board after serving as co-chair of the LWGMS Fuerza Family Association for two years. She worked as a Certified Nurse Midwife at Highline Community Hospital in Burien where she primarily cared for underserved women and then at Swedish Ballard Hospital until she left her practice to focus more on her family. She is a writer. She received her BA in English/Creative Writing and Women’s Studies from University of Washington and her BSN and MSN from Columbia University. Suzanne is passionate about all-girls education and has seen firsthand how much LWGMS has set her daughters and their classmates up to be engaged, curious and confident learners and leaders.
